Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high order volumes or production phases, processing may take up to 7 business days.

As a small independent studio, each item is carefully packed and prepared before shipment.

We ship with Hermes within Germany. Delivery time is typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on order size and destination.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
